Welcome to the official site of Ohio's MindStorm Troopers FLL robotics team! As of the 2007 season, our team has officially retired from competing in the FIRST Lego League. We've had an amazing experience over our four years of competitions, but it's time for us to move on. While we're not competing anymore, our team is still going to be involved in FLL. We want to help further the FLL program and get kids started in Mindstorms robotics. We are currently teaching beginner and advanced robotics classes, and helping to mentor other teams. May the force be with you all! The 2006 'Nano Quest' season marked our fourth year competing in the FIRST Lego League robotics and research competition (www.firstlegoleague.org). Through FLL we've learned a lot not only about robotics and research, but more importantly about practical teamwork, gracious professionalism, and our community. For two years in a row we had the privilege of representing Ohio in the FLL World Championships! We were even able to take home 1st place Robot Performance as well as one of the Champion's Awards both years that we were at World! Since the beginning, our team has had a definite star wars theme. As part of our tradition and team spirit, we always dress in Jedi robes and wield lightsabers!
